They will inquire about your home gathering the information they need to prepare a comparable market analysis (CMA). This information will be used to compare your home to homes that have recently sold in your market area to determine the market value of your home. Kevin and Cathy will make a second visit to your home to share the market analysis with you and to present the purchase price of the guarantee buy out. At this time you will have all the information that you will need to make an informed decision that will best serve you and your family. 

At the time you agree to the GBO purchase price your home will be enrolled in the GBO program and listed with the Epps-Elson Team who will work with you to market your existing home to maximize your sales price.

 When you receive an offer on your home the Epps-Elson Team will negotiate the best sales price possible. The Epps-Elson Team will then handle all the details necessary to insure a smooth and timely closing.
